Submit a Character

Here you can Create a New Character, Rewrite a Character or Retire a Character. Please refer to the Rule Book for all restrictions. Characters can only be rewritten within their first three events. Characters with strains that are Uncommon will need costume and backstory approval prior to play. For more information see Strains Limitations & Restrictions. Please note that no one is allowed to create a character that is under the age of 18. Need a copy of the Rule Book? It's available here.

If this is your first time playing Dystopia Rising you can email info@dystopiarisingny.com. We will be able to get you set up with a Player Number and answer any questions you may have. Additionally, we will have a New Player Guide who is specifically trained to help both before and during your first few games.

Characters can not be portrayed under the age of 18. Characters that are submitted within 7 days of an event may not be updated before that event.
